Cool Comfort was founded in 1997 by Mike Scheppele, a veteran HVAC technician who believed homeowners deserved better -- better service, better communication, and better value.
Over two decades later, that founding principle remains at the heart of everything we do. We started from a single truck, to now having served thousands of families throughout the Lake Norman area.
